Suspect due back in court on fraud charges

WESTERN CAPE – The hard work by a seasoned detective attached to the Commercial Crime Unit led to the arrest of a 40-year-old male linked to six cases of fraud and theft. The accused would send quotations to the complainants to have solar panels installed and money would be paid into to bank accounts provided by the accused but the solar panels were never installed or the work was never completed.
