Minister Mantashe and Deputy Minister Nkabane to table the DMRE

The Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, Mr Gwede Mantashe (MP) and the Deputy Minister, Dr Nobuhle Nkabane (MP), will table the Budget Vote for the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy (DMRE) in Parliament on Tuesday 16 May 2023.

The DMRE Budget Vote will reflect on the progress the department has made in line with its mandate and will also outline the key initiatives and programme for the 2023/24 financial year.

Members of the media are invited to follow the tabling of the Budget Vote on the Parliamentary television channel, DSTV Channel 408 and YouTube Channel – @ParliamentofRSA, after which there will be a media question and answer session.
