Just a week ago, Robin Dickerson wasn’t planning on getting a COVID-19 vaccine booster shot — at least not yet. “I had the first and second shots. Why do I need a third so soon?” the 44-year-old Newark resident recalled. But Dickerson, who works in the Department of Medicine at Newark’s University Hospital, changed her mind Wednesday morning.
