LUSIKISIKI – Operation Sikhona by Crime Prevention members yielded a good results when one firearm was removed from the streets.

On Sunday, 04 September 2022 at 15:00, Crime Prevention Unit members were patrolling in town and conducting a stop and search when an unknown male started running across the road. Members gave chase and managed to apprehend suspect. An unlicensed firearm was found in his possession.

The suspect will appear before Lusikisiki Magistrate court on 05 September 2022.
