Atento annonce la vente de ses activités au Maroc au groupe Intelcia

 Cette vente englobe les activités d’Atento au Maroc, qui assure la prestation de services sur les marchés français et marocains.

 Cette transaction permettra à Atento de continuer à renforcer son activité axée sur les principaux marchés en Espagne et en Amérique latine.

NEW YORK, 5 Août, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — Atento S.A. (NYSE:  ATTO), le fournisseur leader des services d’externalisation des processus d’affaires (CRM BPO) et de gestion de la relation client en Amérique latine, et l’un des trois premiers fournisseurs du monde entier, a annoncé aujourd’hui avoir conclu un accord avec le groupe Intelcia pour la vente de 100 % d’Atento Maroc SA, qui comprend les opérations d’Atento au Maroc en tant que fournisseur de services sur les marchés français et marocains. Les activités d’Atento au Maroc pour la prestation de services sur le marché espagnol sont exclues de cette transaction, qui continuera à opérer par le biais d’Atento Espagne. Cette transaction est soumise à l’approbation réglementaire et devrait être conclue avant la fin de l’année fiscale 2016 d’Atento. Les termes financiers de cette transaction n’ont pas été divulgués.

Atento Announces the Sale of its Operations in Morocco to Intelcia Group

NEW YORK, Aug. 5, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — Atento S.A. (NYSE:  ATTO), the leading provider of customer relationship management and business process outsourcing services (CRM BPO) in Latin America, and one of the top three providers worldwide, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Intelcia Group for the sale of 100% of Atento Morocco SA, encompassing Atento´s operations in Morocco providing services to the Moroccan and French markets. Atento´s operations in Morocco, which provide services to the Spanish market, are excluded from the transaction and will continue operating as part of Atento Spain. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close before Atento´s fiscal year-end 2016. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
